Dear Ashleigh Cluster Community,
As president I am charged with the task of building the HOA into something that will serve the residents of Ashleigh Cluster for a long time. To do this I have to rely upon dedicated Board Officers in order for us to reach our goals. But I also need the assistance and input of the residents. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact any of the board members.
As I see it, the Ashleigh Cluster HOA has several goals and objectives, which includes the residents:

Continue to bring the common areas up to city code. Ordinances require maintenance and certain landscaping;

Maintain the HOA as a legitimate organization for the protection of the peace and tranquility of our neighborhood and protect the property values of our homes; and,

Build upon the obvious friendliness of our community by creating means of communication (such as the website) and encouraging community activities.
As time goes by, other goals and objectives will surely be discovered and defined. I look forward to serving this community in whatever way I can.
